SINO-CEEF Capital Management Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as SINO-CEEF), launched by ICBC, announces that its second fund SINO-CEE Fund II is established in Luxembourg on 10 November 2022, and will steadily carry out investment activities in Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries.
SINO-CEEF is a market-oriented private equity investment company registered in Hong Kong, and SINO-CEE Fund under its management is China’s first non-sovereign regional cooperation fund. Since its founding in Luxembourg on 26 November 2016, the Fund has made cumulative investments worth of 533 million euros in Europe.
SINO-CEE Fund II will focus on CEE countries, embark on renewable energy industries as its major domain, and is committed to realizing a perfect mix between sustainable development of mankind and sustainability of the company.
